ELITE RUNNER REGISTRATION

The Manchester Road Race Elite division is by invitation only.  We will maintain a two runners per country limit to create a diverse field.

Times that have allowed invitations are:

• Men: a sub 13:30 5K or a sub 28.20 10K
• Women: a sub 15:45 5K or a sub 33:40 10K
• Or the equivalent over other distances

Random Drug testing will be performed on top 20 money winners (both male and female) at the completion of this year’s race

The “Honors Club”

In its continuing commitment to road race participants and area non-profits, the Manchester Road Race Committee initiated a new program in 2017.  The MRR Honors Club will provide members with unique benefits, while supporting a local charitable organization.

IMPORTANT NEW REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR 2021

In 2020, a new exclusive mobile app was designed for the Manchester Road Race which allowed the race to be run virtually. For 2021, the MRR App will continue to provide the capability to run virtually and provide some great functions for all runners and spectators. Special features include the ability to track any runner whether they are running on-site or virtually. The app also provides instant results as each participant finishes their race.

• On-Site: It is anticipated that most participants will run on-site on Thanksgiving Day. Participants will be mailed a bib number with a timing tag as has been done in years past. All participants will be timed and can now be tracked by spectators and do NOT need to use the App or carry their phone while racing on-site.
• Virtual: For those participants who are not able to participate on-site, they can still run the race virtually from Thursday, Nov 25, 6:00am (EST) thru Friday, Nov 26, 6:00pm (EST).
• Spectators: Spectators can use the app to track available runners in either the virtual or the live, on-site race!
• Practice Runs: The MRR App provides participants the capability to track their practice runs prior to Thanksgiving. These runs can be completed at any location. The participant must carry their phone to engage this feature. The MRR App will show the actual location of the run or a simulation on the actual racecourse.  These results are only available on the participant's phone. Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION

• Fee:  $32 through Thursday, September 30th. $37 thereafter
• Race Registrations are Non-Refundable
• Registration Fee applies whether you are running or walking On-Site or participating virtually in the race
• Road Race Registration is limited to 15,000 Participants
• Online Registration will open on Sept 1
• Registration will CLOSE for the season on Tuesday, Nov 23 at NOON sharp EST or when we reach 15,000, whichever happens first
• Registration is NOT available on Race Day
• Packets (bib and tag) are MAILED to addresses within the continental US for all registrations received by Midnight on Sunday, Nov 14
• Sept 1 thru Oct 31 registrations will be Mailed on Wednesday Nov 10, 2021
• Nov 1 thru Nov 14 registrations will be Mailed on Monday, Nov 15, 2021
• Registrations completed after Nov 14 will NOT be mailed
• Registrations completed by midnight EST, Wednesday, Nov 17 may be picked up at Packet Pick-up at the Sports Expo at Manchester High School
• All remaining Registrations must be picked up on Race Day from 8:00am to 9:15am at Bennet Academy
• T-Shirts ordered Online will always be mailed.  Mailing may take 1-2 weeks.
• Reminder: NO Strollers, Headphones, Earbuds, Pets, Leashes or Wheels of any kind will be allowed anywhere on the race course

WALK-IN REGISTRATION

We encourage everyone to register Online where the cost remains $32 through September 30th.

• Saturday, Nov 20, 9:00am to 12:00 noon at the Sports Expo at Manchester High School
• Fee: $37 - Registrations are Non-Refundable
• Registration is NOT available on Race Day
• T-Shirts may be purchased at time of registration
• Charge Cards are now accepted at Walk-In Registration

Important Note: If you have friends or family members who are NOT able to attend Walk-In Registration, please print the Walk-In Registration Form and have the race participant fill out and SIGN the form prior to the Sports Expo
